| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na exekuci správní, soudní a jejich vzájemné porovnání. V práci je popsán historický vývoj exekučního práva od samého počátku. Dále jsou zde rozebrány výše uvedené exekuce- konkrétně předpoklady pro exekuci, jejich druhy, průběh a způsoby plnění. V práci je zmíněn střet obou exekucí a v neposlední řadě porovnání obou exekucí. Během vypracovávání této práce jsem použila odbornou literaturu. Práce je doplněna o příslušnou právní úpravu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis is focused on execution of administrative and judicial, and their comparation. This thesis describes the historical developement of the law Enforcement. There are also discussed executions mentioned above, especially prerequisites for execution, their types, procedure and methods. There is also mentioned conflict of both executions and finally comparing of those executions. During the processing of the bachelor thesis I used specialized literature. This thesis is complemented by the relevant legislation. |
