| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pitného režimu pedagogů. Teoretická část práce pojednává o pitném režimu, o významu vody v organismu, zmiňuje poruchy objemu a složení tělesných tekutin, popisuje vhodné a nevhodné nápoje, zabývá se problematikou pitného režimu v zaměstnání a nakonec uvádí i doporučení kvalitního pitného režimu. Část praktickou tvoří vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření určeného pro pedagogické pracovníky. Průzkum je zaměřen na kvalitu a složení pitného režimu pedagogů. Hodnotí množství přijatých tekutin během dne. Zpracované údaje dokazují rozdíly v pitném režimu pedagogů na 1. stupni ZŠ, na 2. stupni ZŠ a na SŠ / gymnáziu. Součástí práce jsou přílohy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis is concerned with the current view of pedagog of basic and grammar schools of the drinking régime. The teoretical part examines the significance of liquits for humus, the fysiology of water in the human body, mantions the disorder of volume and composition of human body liquits, describes the right and nonright drinks ror our bodls, also deals with the issues of drinking régime during the working time and to the end recommends the quality drinking régime for human body. The practical part consists of the analysis of quantitative research, targeting professors. It analyzes the xantiny of getted liquits during the day of professors and it registers a big differences between professors of basic and grammar schools. The attachments also takes part of this bachelor's thesis. |
