| Abstract: | Náplní a cílem této práce je volba technologie pro hrankování na VBD nástrojích ve firmě Hofmeister s.r.o. Při volbě technologie tak bude kladem důraz jejich dostupnost ve firmě a na výslednou kvalitu sražení. Dalším krokem je naprogramování obrábění v CAM systému Catia V5 a následné vyrobení vybraného VBD nástroje. Přínosem pro firmu tak bude metodický postup jak provádět hrankování na nástrojích za pomoci speciálních nástrojů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this dissertation is to find suitable technologies for chamfering on insert tools in the Hofmeister s.r.o. The availability and quality of sardine in the company plays the major role in the choice of the right technology. Next, the machining is programmed in Cam subsystem Catia 5. Finally, the finished product is manufactured in the chosen insert tools. This dissertation creates a methodic process of chamfering on industrial machines with special tools which should immensely contribute to Hofmeister s.r.o. |
