| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analyzováním prostojů v konkrétním průmyslovém podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty poznatky o prostojích a metodika časové studie, na kterou navazuje měření prostojů především pomocí ukazatele OEE. Také jsou zde uvedeny principy štíhlého podniku. V praktické části je provedeno měření spotřeby času na pracovištích a jejich následné analyzování. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on downtime analyzing in particular industrial company. In theoretical part, there are summarized findings about downtime, the methodology of time study and measurement of downtime (primarily through OEE). There are also principles of lean enterprise described. In practical part, the measurement of time consumption at particular workplaces and its subsequent analysis were performed. The measured results were analyzed. At the end, there are mentioned suggestions for improving the current situation. |
