| Abstract: | Sestra pro perioperační péči musí být ve svém oboru profesionálem. Úroveň jejích odborných znalostí je proto třeba celoživotně udržovat, nebo ještě lépe neustále zvyšovat. Teoretická část je věnována problematice perioperační péče, konkrétně samotnému operačnímu traktu, organizaci práce na operačním sále, profesi sestry pro perioperační péči a jejímu vzdělávání. Ve výzkumné části je pomocí dotazníků sledována úroveň znalostí sester v perioperační péči a způsoby jejího zvyšování. Bylo by přínosné, kdyby měly sestry na operačních sálech maximální možnou podporu a příležitosti ke kontinuálnímu zvyšování svých kvalit. Hlavním výstupem práce je vytvořený edukační materiál, který bude moci sloužit jako podpora v praxi a vzdělávání sester pro perioperační péči. |
| Abstract in different language: | Nurses specialized in the perioperative care have to be well-educated to be able to practice their discipline in a professional way. Therefore, level of their knowledge should be constantly increasing. The theoretical part is based on the issue of perioperative care, namely the core of operative process, organisation of the work in operating rooms, profession of nurses specialised in the perioperative care and possibilities of their education. The practical part is based on questionnaire which follows level of expert knowledge in a group of nurses of the perioperative care and possibilities of expansion of such knowledge. It would be very benefit for such nurses if there were maximal support and opportunities for constant increasing of their quality as a professional. The main outcome of the work is created educational material that will serve as support in the practice and education of nursing for perioperative care. |
