| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je integrace informačního systému do systému řízení ve společnosti COMTES FHT a.s. S rozvojem společnosti, se zvyšujícím se objemem zakázek a s rostoucím počtem zaměstnanců jsou potřeba změny v systému řízení. Řešením pro společnost je integrace informačního systému do systému řízení. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit stav systému řízení před integrací informačního systému do systému řízení a najít slabé stránky systému řízení, které by měli být integrací informačního systému vyřešeny. Dalším cílem je podílení se na návrhu zlepšení systému řízení a zhodnocení nového systému řízení ve společnosti a jeho přínosu pro společnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of the bachelor´s thesis is an integration of the information system to the management system in the company COMTES FHT, a.s. The management system becames insufficient with the development of the company, with an increasing volume of contracts and growth of the employees. The solution for company is the integration of the information systems to the management systems. The aim of this work is to evaluate management system before the implementation of the information system and to find weaknesses of the management system which should be resolved. Another aim is to participate in preparation of the implementation of the chosen information system and evaluation of this implementation and its contribution for the company. |
