| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci ICT infrastruktury společnosti Sofo Group a.s.. Vyhodnocuje náklady na provoz z pohledu TCO a dostupnost interní infrastruktury na základě stávajících SLA smluv. Analyzuje také nedostatky ve stávajícím hardware a navrhuje alternativní řešení formou outsourcingu serverů. Dále doporučuje zavedení vhodných procesů řízení služeb pomocí ITIL. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is aimed at the ICT infrastructure optimization of Sofo Group a.s. company. It evaluates Total Costs of ownership (TCO) and infrastructure availability in consideration of concluded Service Level Agreements (SLA). It also analyzes weaknesses of current hardware solution from present and future perspective. Finally it recommends the implementation of service management methods using ITIL and proposes an alternative outsourced server solution. |
