| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá úpravou válce motoru Jawa 50 s účelem zvýšení výkonových charakteristik. Po zjištění technických detailů sériového válce proběhl návrh zejména vložky válce tak, aby motocykl mohl být používán pro závodní účely. Kromě návrhu vložky se práce zabývá návrhem jejího upnutí a obrobení. Cílem práce je upravit motocyklový válec tak, aby dosahoval požadovaných parametrů s ohledem na pásmo použitelnosti, chlazení motoru, odstupňování převodovky, životnosti motoru a na další omezující parametry. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work deals with cylinder Jawa 50 in order to maximize of power characteristics. After technical details detection of the original cylinder was in motion the technical design of the cylinder liner to racing use of the motorcycle. Except the technical design deals this work with clamping and machining of the cylinder liner. Work output is the modification of the motorcycle cylinder in order to attainment of the power characteristics with respect to applicability band, motor cooling, gear setup, life time and other limiting parameters. |
