| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji tématu "Příspěvkové organizace územních samosprávných celků", a to dle platné právní úpravy. Pojem příspěvkové organizace lze chápat v této práci jako organizace, které jsou zřizovány územními samosprávnými celky za jiným účelem, než je dosažení zisku. Práce je tříděna do jednotlivých kapitol, které se zabývají základními pojmy, vznikem, zánikem, hospodařením, a majetkem příspěvkových organizací. Závěr práce je věnován samotné příspěvkové organizaci, za kterou jsem si zvolil 16. základní a mateřskou školu Plzeň. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of "Contributory organizations of local governments", according to the effective legislation. The term contributory organization might be understood as an organization created by the local government, to fulfil a different task than reaching profit. The thesis is divided into chapters, containing basic terms, formation, termination, economisation and property of the contributory organizations. The closing part of the thesis is devoted to a singular contributory organization, the 16th elementary and nursery school in Pilsen. |
