| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na marketingovou komunikaci internetových obchodů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části autorka definuje elektronické obchodování, marketingovou komunikaci a nástroje komunikačního mixu, které jsou využitelné pro elektronické obchodování. V praktické části zkoumá autorka jednotlivé komunikační nástroje vybraných internetových obchodů. Vybranými obchody jsou Lékárna.cz, Pilulka.cz a Dr.Max lékárna. Cílem práce je analýza a zhodnocení marketingové komunikace online lékáren z pohledu zákazníka a formulace návrhů pro zvýšení efektivnosti komunikačních nástrojů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on marketing communication of e-shops. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the author defines the e-commerce, marketing communication and tools of communication mix, which are used for e-commerce. In the practical part the author examines the individual communication tools of selected e-shops. Selected e-shops are Lékárna.cz, Pilulka.cz a Dr.Max lékárna. The aim of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate marketing communication of online pharmacies from the customer's point of view and to formulate suggestions for increasing the efficiency of communication tools. |
