| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá možnostmi modelování vlivu chování firem na fluktuace ekonomiky. Nejprve je představena dichotomie současné ekonomie a identifikována slabá místa mainstreamu v konfrontaci se skutečným světem, ve kterém je ústřední postavou podnikatel. Protože zahrnutí podnikatelské nejistoty do ekonomických modelů není možné, je do rámce DSGE zahrnut alespoň manažer se svojí užitkovou funkcí. Byl vytvořen model, kde jsou explicitně formulováni manažeři, jako osoby řídící firmy v jiném zájmu, než je maximalizace zisku pro vlastníky. Model se potýká se všemi omezeními a nedostatky, které obdobné modelování při- náší. Na druhou stranu ale ukazuje, že je možné začlenit neoklasické manažerské teorie firmy do DSGE resp. RBC rámce. |
| Abstract in different language: | Thesis focuses on the possibilities how to model the impact of firms' behavior on fluctuation of the economy. At first the dichotomy of contemporary economics is introduced and also the weak spots of mainstream economics are identified. The mainstream cannot be confronted with the real world where the entrepreneur plays the key role. Because the incorporation of entrepreneur's uncertainty in the economic models is impossible, in the DSGE framework is incorporated the manager and her utility function. A model was built where the managers are explicitly formulated as the persons who manage firms and follow own goal instead of maximize the profit for the shareholders. The model faces all limits and defects of similar modeling. On the other hand shows that it is possible to connect neoclassical managerial theory of the firm with the DSGE namely RBC framework. |
