| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá implementováním metody SMED ve společnosti Strojír-na Soběslav, s. r. o. Teoretická část je věnována problematice štíhlé výro-by, plýtvání a s tím spojených metod pro identifikaci a eliminaci plýtvá-ní. Dále se práce zaměřuje na jednotlivé kroky systému SMED. V praktické části je provedeno snímkování a analýza přestavovacích časů na pracovišti. V závěrečné části je navržen pracovní postup, nové uspořá-dání pracoviště a návrhy na zlepšení vybraných operací. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the implementation of the SMED method in Stro-jírna Soběslav, s. r. o. The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of lean production, waste and related methods for identification and elimination of waste. In addition, the thesis deals with the description of individual steps of the SMED method. In the practical part, imaging and analysis of the adjusting times at the selected workplace is carried out and the subse-quent workflow is created. The final part proposes a new layout of the workplace and describes suggestions for improvement of selected opera-tions. |
