Abstract:	Hlavním cílem rigorózní práce byl popis veškerých aspektů souvisejících s právní úpravou výživného k dítěti obsaženou v občanském zákoníku. Předmětná pozitivní právní úprava byla kriticky zhodnocena a rozpracována o současné závěry soudní judikatury spolu s praktickými poznatky.
Abstract in different language:	The main aim of this doctoral thesis was the description of all aspects related to the legal regulation of maintenance of a child included in the Civil Code. The positive legal regulation in question was critically assessed and elaborated with contemporary conclusions of judicial decision practice of the courts together with practical knowledge.
