| Abstract: | V období 1945-1989 došlo k velkým zásahům do vlastnických poměrů a k přesunu ohromného množství majetku na území Československa.Bezprostředně po ukončení okupace došlo k velkým změnám vlastnických poměrů na základě dekretů prezidenta republiky.K dalším velkým přesunům majetku došlo po únoru 1948.Ve společnosti se promyšleně pěstovala neúcta k právu, neúcta k vlastnictví jiného subjektu. Celospolečenský zájem převažoval nad zájmem soukromým.Byl narušen princip základních právních institutů - i institutu vlastnického práva. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the period from 1945-1989 there were great interventions in ownership relations and transfers of large amount of property in Czechoslova-kia.Immediately after the end of the occupation there were great changes in ownership relations on the basic of the decrees of the president of the republic.Other great transfers of property occurred after february 1948. Disrespect for the law and disrespect for ownership of the others were thoughtfully nursed in the society. Interest of the whole society prevailed over the private interest. The principle of fundamental legal institute was violated - even the institute of property rights. |
