| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na práva a povinnosti akcionáře. Jejím cílem je uvedení jednotlivých práv a povinností s přihlédnutím k judikatuře českých soudů a snahou poukázat na jejich uplatnění. V úvodní části práce je popsán historicko právní vývoj akciové společnosti. Následující část je věnována obecné charakteristice akciové společnosti. Stěžejní část práce jsou uvedena práva a povinnosti akcionáře. V závěrečné části je provedeno srovnání s britskou právní úpravou. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis focuses on the rights and obligations of the shareholder. Its aim is to set out the individual rights and duties, taking from the view of the case law of the Czech courts and the aim to point out their application. The introductory part of the thesis describes the historical development of the joint stock company. The following section is devoted to the general characteristics of a joint stock company. The main part of the thesis sets out the rights and obligations of the shareholder. In the final part is comparison with British legislation. |
