| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku trénování v ledním hokeji, a to konkrétně na trénink v mládežnických kategorií starší dorost (dorost) - útočníci. V této kategorii je největší potenciál k rozvoji schopností a zdokonalení dovedností, který je potřeba vhodnými tréninky rozvíjet. Bakalářská práce se snaží upozornit na toto období a navrhuje možnosti tréninkových jednotek, které na závěr skládá v tréninkový plán a může se tak stát předlohou pro trenéry a hráče samotné. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to focus on the issue of pre-season training for ice hockey forwards in the category of older youth. In this category players got the highest potential for developing abilities and improving their skills which need to be developed by appropriate training. The thesis tries to point out this problem and suggest the possibilities of the training units which also, at the end of this work, composes into the training plans. This thesis could be a lead for the trainers not just because it contains the training units and plans but also because it tries to force them to think about how to improve and change these old stereotypes of the training of the young hockey players. |
