Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabívá specifikami tréninku triatlonistu ve věku od osmi do patnácti let. Cílem této bakalářské práce je dokázat, že triatlon je vhodný pro všestranný rozvoj jedince a má pozitivní vliv na správné držení těla. K tomuto dokazování práce využívá metod fyzckého testování dle standardizováné baterie testů a diagnostického systému DTP1,2. |
Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of the training of a triathlete from the age of eight to fifteen. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prove that the triathlon is suitable for the all-round development of the individual and has a positive influence on the correct posture of the body. For this proof of work he uses physical testing methods according to standardized test battery and DTP diagnostic system. |
