| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na řešení dopravních problémů pomocí analyzy rizik. První část práce poskytuje teoretická vychodiska pro řešení daného problému. V první kapitole je charakterizována logistika, její vyvoj, členění a popis logistického řetězce. Další kapitoly se zabyvají logistickymi náklady, dopravou a jejím dělení. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o řízení rizik v dopravě a komplexní analyzu rizik dle odborné literatury. V páté kapitole je nastíněna úprava přepravy a zasílatelství dle platnych zákonů a mezinárodních úmluv. V šesté kapitole je představen podnik, ktery byl pro zpracování práce vybrán. Sedmá kapitola popisuje současnou situaci v řešené oblasti, následuje zpracována analyza rizik a jednotlivá rizika, včetně dopravních, jsou zde charakterizována. Poslední kapitola je věnována doporučenym opatřením vedoucím ke snížení dopravních rizik v podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis focuses on the solution of transport problems through the application of risk analysis techniques. The first part provides the theoretical basis for the solution of the problems identified. The first chapter describes logistics and the development thereof as well as a breakdown and description of the logistics chain. Subsequent chapters deal with logistics costs, transportation and the division thereof. The fourth chapter addresses the management of risks associated with transportation and presents a comprehensive risk analysis according to the expert literature. The fifth chapter provides an outline of transport and shipment regulations according to applicable legislation and the relevant international conventions. The sixth chapter introduces the company selected for study. The seventh chapter describes the current situation in the area under consideration, followed by the characterisation of the risk analysis and the analysis of individual transport and other risks conducted previously in the study. The final chapter is devoted to a recommendation of measures to be adopted aimed at reducing transport risks in the company. |
