| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce je v teoretické části vymezit pojmy "profese", "pedagog" a "spokojenost". Dále vytyčit faktory ovlivňující profesní spokojenost pedagogů - osobnost učitele, klíčové dovednosti učitele, pracovní cyklus učitele dle fází, motivace k další činnosti, finanční a společenské hodnocení učitele, klima školy a jeho působení na pracovní spokojenost. Součástí teoretické části je vymezit pojem "psychohygiena" a "syndrom vyhoření", popsat jeho východiska, symptomy a fáze. Úkolem praktické části je zjistit u šesti náhodně vybraných učitelů, zda se u nich vyskytují symptomy syndromu vyhoření. Dále zmapovat prostředí, ve kterém pracují (klima školy) a zjistit jejich pohled na psychohygienu a jak se jí věnují. Pro účely této práce byla použita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu, dotazník MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory). Dále byl proveden s vybranými učiteli v rámci kvalitativního výzkumu polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Vyhodnocení rozhovoru bylo rozděleno do 3 kategorií. Pro lepší přehlednost jsme vypracovali 2 případové studie, kazuistiky, které vychází z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s učiteli. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis aims to specify the terms "profession", "educationalist" and "satisfaction" in the theoretical part. Also to lay out the factors influencing the teacher´s professional satisfaction - personality of the teacher, the teacher´s key skills, his working cycle due to its phase, motivation to following aktivity, the financial and social rating, the school climate and its impact on working satisfaction. One of the targets of the theoretical part is to specify concepts of "psycho-hygiene" and "the burnout syndrome", there to descibe the starting points, symptoms and phases. The task of the practical part is to explore with six randomly picked teachers whether they suffer from burnout symptoms. Furthermore to chart the environment they work in (the school climate) and to recognize their view of psychohygiene and how they deal with it. For the purpose of this thesis I worked with the method of quantitative research, questionnaire MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory). As a part of qualitative research I also lead semistructured dialogue with selected teachers. Evaluation of the interviews was divided into 3 cathegories. For better understanding I framed two case studies, casuistics, based on the semistuructured dialogues lead with the teachers. | en |
