| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zjištěním vlivu pohybového programu na koordinační schopnosti žáků mladšího školního věku. Teoretická část je věnována popisu jemné a hrubé motoriky. V kapitole motorického vývoje je popis koordinačních schopností již od narození až ke zlatému věku motoriky, který přichází ve věku 9 až 11 let, jedná de o období mladšího školního věku, kterému je věnována celá diplomová práce. V další kapitolách jsou rozepsány fáze a druhy motorického učení. Nedílnou součástí práce je klasifikace motorických schopností. Praktická část se věnuje ověření hypotéz, které byly předem uvedeny. Testem, kterým byla zjištěna úroveň koordinačních schopností, se nazývá MABC 2 (Movement Assessment Battery for Children Second edition) Na základě vstupního hodnocení byl s výběrem žáků veden pohybový program. K ověření, zda pohybová intervence byla účinná, byli žáci opět otestováni již zmíněným testem. Výstupním hodnocením prošly dvě skupiny, jedna, která podstoupila pohybový program a druhá bez pohybového programu. K ověření výsledků je věnována kapitola statická analýza výsledků testování. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Diploma thesis deals with an evaluation of an influence of a motion program on a coordination capacity of pupils in a younger school age. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to the description of fine and coarse motors skills. In the chapter of the motors skills development is a description of the coordination skills from birth to the golden age of motor skills which come at the age of 9 to 11, it is about a younger school age, to whom the whole Diploma thesis is devoted. In the next chapters the stages and types of motor learning are described. An integral part of this Diploma thesis is a classification of motors skills. The practical part deals with the verification of the hypotheses that were previously mentioned. The test that was helpful to find out the level of coordination capability is called MABC 2 (Movement Assessment Battery for Children Second edition). Based on the initial evaluation, a motion program was conducted with the selection of pupils. To verify, whether the movement intervention was effective, pupils were tested again by the above mentioned test. Two groups went through the output evaluation. First one that underwent a motion program and the other one without the motion program. A chapter of the static analysis of the test results is devoted to the verification of the results. |
