| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá hodnocením připravenosti vybrané části podniku IAC Group, geograficky nejrozšířenějšího přímého dodavatele do automobilového průmyslu, na zavádění iniciativy Průmysl 4.0. Konkrétně výrobního závodu Přeštice 2, který je nejnovějším závodem a současně největší investicí IAC Group. Součástí diplomové práce je charakteristika pojmu Průmysl 4.0, též označovaného jako 4. průmyslová revoluce, přiblížení Inciativy Průmysl 4.0 v ČR jako ekvivalentu k ostatním světovým iniciativám a popis stavu implementace této iniciativy v ČR. Součástí práce je rešerše vybraných existujících evaluačních modelů a hodnocení podniku prostřednictvím dvou z těchto modelů. Vybraný podnik je detailně hodnocen na základě evaluačního modelu vytvořeného pro potřeby hodnocení právě vybrané části podniku. Prostřednictvím navrženého evaluačního modelu jsou hodnoceny jednotlivé oblasti definované jako klíčové pro úspěšné zavádění inciativy Průmysl 4.0.Součástí hodnocení je stanovení úrovní připravenosti pro dílčí oblasti a pro podnik jako celek. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work deals with the evaluation of the readiness for implementation initiative industry 4.0 of selected part of the IAC Group, which is the world´s largest supplier of automotive interior parts. Specifically, the production plant Přeštice 2, which is the latest plant and the largest investment of the IAC Group. Part of the thesis is characteristic of Industry 4.0, commonly referred to as the fourth industrial revolution, description of the Initiative Industry 4.0 in the Czech Republic as an equivalent to other world initiatives and current status of implementation of this initiative in Czech Republic. The thesis also includes research of selected existing evaluation models and evaluation of the company through two of these models. For evaluation of the selected part of company new evaluation model was designed. The evaluation model evaluates the individual areas defined as key for the successful implementation of the Industry 4.0 initiative. The assessment includes definition of readiness levels for each dimension and for the enterprise as whole. |
