| Abstract: | V teoretické části této diplomové práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy výroba, výrobní linka a produktivita práce. V praktické části se nachází analýza současného stavu, tedy popis obou zkoumaných výrobních linek a definování hlavních problémů a nedostatků stávajícího prostorového uspořádání. Dále se v práci nachází návrh nového prostorového uspořádání, díky kterému dochází ke snížení materiálových toků, redukci místa a zvýšení produktivity práce. V závěru práce se nachází porovnání úspor a nákladů na realizaci navrhovaného řešení a také výpočet doby návratnosti investice. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part of this thesis explains the terms production, production line and labor productivity. In the practical part there is an analysis of the current state, ie the description of both studied production lines and defining the main problems and shortcomings of the existing spatial arrangement. Furthermore, there is a proposal of a new spatial arrangement which reduces material flows, reduces space and increases labor productivity. At the end of the thesis there is a comparison of savings and costs for the implementation of the proposed solution as well as the calculation of the payback period. |
