| Abstract: | Téma bakalářské práce je zaměřeno na stanovení obsahu methanolu, ethanolu a 2-propanolu v různě starých vzorcích domácích destilátů pomocí plynové chromatografie. V teoretické části práce je krátká zmínka o plynové chromatografii, možnostech kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýzy, způsobu detekce, výrobě domácích destilátů nebo o účincích ethanolu a methanolu na lidské zdraví. V praktické části jsou popsány specifikace použitých plynových chromatografů a postupy měření domácích destilátů. Nejprve byly zjištěny přítomnosti jiných látek ve vzorcích díky porovnání retenčních časů čistých alkoholů s nalezenými píky v destilátu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit změny koncentrace methanolu v domácích destilátech při použití dvou různých plynových chromatografů s odlišnou metodou měření. Dále byly porovnány změny koncentrace methanolu v různě starých vzorcích domácích destilátů. Kolísání koncentrací může být způsobeno těkavostí alkoholů ve vzorcích, způsobem skladování nebo například stádiem zralosti použitého ovoce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the bachelor thesis is focused on the determination of the content of methanol, ethanol and 2-propanol in differently old samples of domestic distillates with the use of gas chromatography. In the theoretical part there is a short mention of gas chromatography, possibilities of quantitative and qualitative analysis, method of detection, production of domestic distillates or effects of ethanol and methanol on human health. The practical part describes the specifications of used gas chromatographs and procedures for measuring domestic distillates. First, the presence of other substances in the samples was found by comparing the retention times of pure alcohols with the peaks found in the distillate. The aim of the study was to determine the changes in methanol concentration in domestic distillates using two different gas chromatographs with different measurement methods. Furthermore, the changes in methanol concentration in differently old samples of domestic distillates were compared. Fluctuations in concentrations may be due to volatility of alcohols in the samples, to the method of storage or, for example, to the stage of ripeness of the fruit used. |
