| Abstract: | Tématem práce je Procesní mapa výrobního podniku Safran Cabin CZ s. r. o.. Cílem práce pro literární rešerši je definování procesní organizace, vymezení podnikového procesu všeobecně a jeho základní klasifikace. Výstupem práce je charakteristika podniku, popsání procesní mapy podniku a několika podnikových procesů. Dále návrh zjednodušení procesu či případného snížení nákladů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the thesis is Process map of production plant Safran Cabin CZ s.r.o. The target of theoretical part is definition of process organization, determination of business processes in general and theirs main classification. The output of thesis is characteristic of the plant, description of process map of the plant, description of a few procesess and propose of reduction of the process or potenential costs reduction of the process. |
