| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá správou svěřenského fondu. Zkoumá podstatu správy cizího majetku, ze které následně vychází správa svěřenského fondu. Taktéž vysvětluje pojem svěřenského fondu a popisuje možná použití svěřenských fondů v běžném životě. Práce dále uvádí požadavky na osobu správce a jeho povinnosti při vzniku, trvání a zániku své funkce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with administration of the trust. It examines the essence of the administration of the property of others, which is the basis of administration of the trust. The thesis also explains the term trust and describes possible uses of trusts in everyday life. It also presents the requirements for the person of the trustee and his duties in creation, duration and termination of his position. |
