| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce monitoruje a analyzuje v teorii managementu průmyslových podniků vývojové trendy a stručně charakterizuje ty, které jsou významné pro manažerskou praxi v 21. století. Získané poznatky jsou konfrontovány s realitou vybraných podniků, což v podstatě potvrzuje výsledky získané analytickou cestou. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis monitors and analyzes the development trends in industrial management theory and briefly characterizes those that are relevant to managerial practice in the 21st century. The acquired knowledge was confronted with the reality of the selected companies, which basically confirms the results obtained through the analytical path. |
