| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou systému sociálních služeb a nároků fyzických osob v něm uplatňovaných. Hlavním cílem práce je uvést přesné definice k relevantním pojmům, analyzovat zákonný rámec pro poskytování těchto služeb ve světle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb. o sociálních službách, procesní náležitosti těchto služeb, jejich formu, tituly k nim a jejich úplatnost či bezúplatnost a financování obecně. Dále byl vymezen okruh relevantních osob ať už poskytující či požívající sociální služby, přičemž uživatelé budou specifikování dle rizikových skupin, a to včetně jejich existující typologie. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the problematice of social services system and the claims of individuals applied in it. Main purpose is to adduce precise definitions to relevant legal concepts and to provide an in depth analysis of the legal scope of provision of these services in accordance with the act no. 108/2006 Coll. about the social services, define procedural properties of these services, their form, legally binding qualifying documents to them, payments to them and the financing of the social services in general. Additionally the enumeration of relevant individuals shall be given, no matter their position in the social services, whether they are its users or providers, where the users will be divided into groups with the criteria of the level of addictions and their dependancy on the social services system. |
