Abstract: | Obsahem této diplomové práce je zachytit a vysvětlit úlohu mezinárodních soudů, a to především v oblasti ochrany environmentálního prostředí. Dále skrze své rozsudky napomáhají k řešení sporů, rozhodují o předběžných opatřeních a poskytují poradní posudky. |

The main assets of these institutions are, first and foremost, the power to impose obligations on the parties to cooperate.
