| Abstract: | Diplomová práce si klade za cíl seznámit se a informovat o rozpočtu Evropské unie. Seznamuje s postupným vývojem, kterým si Evropská unie prošla v otázkách týkajících se financí. Diplomová práce je věnována především evropskému rozpočtu v současnosti, proto se dále zabývá problematikou po přijetí Lisabonské smlouvy, zahrnující zásady Evropského rozpočtu, proces přijímání ročního rozpočtu a víceletý finanční rámec. Dále se diplomová práce zaměřuje na příjmy a výdaje současného víceletého finančního rámce 2014 - 2020 a problematice kontroly evropských financí. Na závěr jsou rozebrány návrhy budoucí podoby Evropské unie a seznámení se s návrhy Evropské komise na nový víceletý finanční rámec 2021 - 2027. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on discovery and acquaintance with the budget of the European Union. It acquaints itself with the gradual development that the European Union has gone through in finantial matters. The thesis mainly pursues the current state of European budget, therefore it further deals with the problermatics of being accepted into the nation of the Treaty of Lisbon, which contains the principles of the European budget, the process of ratifying future budget and the long-term financial framework. Further on, the thesis focuses on income and expenditure concerning the current long-term financial framewok of the years 2014-2020 and problematics of controlling european finances. Finally, the thesis analyzes the proposals of future form of the European Union as well as acquaintace with the proposals for the long-term financial framework for the years 2021-2027. |
