| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na kvalitu ošetřovatelské péče. V teoretické části se práce zabývá teorií pochybení, kvalitou ošetřovatelské péče a bezpečnou péčí. Jsou uvedeny nejčastější pochybení a právní aspekty sester při ošetřování nemocných. Je zde také zmíněna prevence pochybení a významné oblasti edukace sester. Empirická část se zaměřuje na vlastní výzkumné šetření, kdy je provedena datová analýza nežádoucích událostí V empirické části jsou za pomoci kvantitativního výzkumu a základních statistických metod vyhodnoceny stanovené hypotézy. Práce dochází k závěru, že kvalita zdravotní péče je pro nemocnice důležitá. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on the quality of nursing care. The theoretical part deals with the theory of error, the quality of nursing care and safe care. The most common mistakes and legal aspects of nurses in the treatment of patients are listed. Mention prevention and important areas of nursing education are also mentioned. The empirical part focuses on the research itself, where a data analysis of adverse events is performed. In the empirical part, the established hypotheses are evaluated with the help of quantitative research and basic statistical methods. The work concludes that the quality of healthcare is important to hospitals. |
