| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá registrací volumetrických dat pořízených mikro CT přístrojem na data pořízená klasickým lékařským CT. V prvních kapitolách je probrána teorie z anatomie jater, radiologie (CT a mikro CT) a registrace obrazů včetně popisu již známých a používaných metod pro registraci dvourozměrných, povrchových a objemových dat. Ve druhé části práce je popis návrhu vlastního algoritmu pro registraci volumetrických dat. Součástí práce je implementovaný algoritmus v programovacím jazyce C# dostupný na platformě GitHub. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with registration of volumetric data gathered by micro CT and classical medical CT devices. First chapters go through the theory of liver anatomy, radiology (CT and micro CT) and image registration including description of some already known and used methods for registration of two dimensional, surface and three dimensional data. In second part of the thesis there is own algorithm for registration of volumetric data described. The thesis also include implemented algorithm in the programming language C# which is available online on the platform GitHub. |
