| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o zavinění a zejména o jeho nedbalostní formě. Nastiňuje historický vývoj zavinění na našem území a porovnává ho se slovenskou úpravou. V závěru uvádí i hodnotí návrhy de lege ferenda. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with culpability and mostly with the negligent form of culpability. In the second part this work compares it with Slovak criminal law and discusses historical development of negligence. In the last chapter it deals with de lege ferenda eventualities. |
