| Abstract: | Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na utváření třísek při soustružení materiálů "FV 535" a "FV 448". Oba tyto materiály se využívají převážně v leteckém průmyslu.Byly testovány různé břitové destičky u kterých byla sledována trvanlivost břitu a tvar a velikost vznikající třísky. Cílem této práce bylo navržení nejvhodnější varianty břitové destičky z hlediska trvanlivosti a z hlediska vzniklé třísky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis was focused on chip formation in turning materials "FV535" and FV "448". Both of these materials are mainly used in the aerospace industry. Have been tested in three cutting tips and was observed their cutting life and the shape and size of the resulting chips. The aim of this work was to choose the best solution in terms of cutting life inserts and in terms of durability resulting chips. |
