| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je přiblížit problematiku zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice. Úvodní kapitola je věnována vymezení základních pojmů, které souvisejí se zaměstnáváním cizinců. V rámci této kapitoly je také porovnána vnitrostátní právní úprava se zahraniční. Těžiště diplomové práce spočívá ve druhé a třetí kapitole, které jsou věnovány zaměstnávání občanů Evropské unie a občanů třetích zemí. V rámci těchto kapitol byly definovány druhy povolení k pobytu a povolení k zaměstnání a představeny zásadní instituty cizineckého práva. Čtvrtá kapitola této diplomové práce je věnována sociálnímu zabezpečení. Výklad ve čtvrté kapitole se zaměřuje zejména na koordinační opatření a bilaterární smlouvy. V páté kapitole této diplomové práce se autor zabývá vybranými soukromoprávními aspekty. Obsahem páté kapitoly je především ukončení pracovního poměru s cizincem a výkon nelegální práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to approach the issue of employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The introductory chapter is devoted to defining the basic concepts related to the employment of foreigners. This chapter also compares national legislation with foreign legislation. The focus of the diploma thesis lies in the second and third chapters, which are devoted to the employment of citizens of the European Union and citizens of third countries. Within these chapters, the types of residence permits and work permits and the introduction of the fundamental institute of aliens' law were defined. The fourth chapter of this diploma thesis is devoted to social security. The interpretation in the fourth chapter focuses mainly on coordination measures and bilateral agreements. In the fifth chapter of this diploma thesis, the author deals with selected private law aspects. The content of the fifth chapter is mainly the termination of employment with foreigners and the performance of illegal work. |
