| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou přípustného rizika. Vystihuje jeho podstatu včetně srovnání s ostatními okolnostmi vylučujícími protiprávnost. Dále se zabývá významem přípustného rizika ve třech nejdůležitějších oblastech, a sice ve zdravotnictví, hospodářství a sportu. Závěrečná část práce zahrnuje výsledky provedeného výzkumu, který měl za cíl prověřit znalost tohoto institutu mezi nezainteresovanými respondenty. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the concept of an tolerable risk. It sums up the acceptable risk principle and moreover, the circumstances preventing its use are discussed. Then, the usability of acceptable risk is presented in three selected fields, namely medicine, economics, and sport. Finally, the results of a prepared questionnaire are discussed in order to compare the knowledge about this legal term among uninterested respondents. |
