| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o Sboru národní bezpečnosti v letech 1945 až 1948 z pohledu práva. Obsahuje kapitolu věnovanou poválečnému obnovení Československa a vzniku Sboru. Zpracována je také struktura Sboru a její vývoj. Samostatné kapitoly jsou také věnovány roli Sboru při odsunu a osídlování pohraničí, zákonu o národní bezpečnosti z roku 1947 a nezákonné úloze Sboru při únorovém převratu 1948. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the National Security Corps (SNB) in the years 1945 to 1948 from the legal perspective. It contains a chapter devoted to the post-war restoration of Czechoslovakia and the establishment of the SNB. The structure of the SNB and its development are also elaborated. A separate chapter is also devoted to the role of the SNB in the relocation and settlement of the border inhabitants, the National Security Act of 1947 and the illegal role of the SNB in the February 1948 coup. |
