| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce na téma vývoj a právní aspekty se zabývá objasněním fungování jednotlivých kryptoměn a poukazuje na jejich možné využití na finančním trhu. Po úvodu je první kapitola práce orientována na teoretickou část, porovnává kryptoměny s reálnými a elektronickými penězi, vymezuje pojem kryptoměna. Druhá kapitolase věnuje bitcoinu. Popisuje vznik bitcoinu, vysvětluje pojem bitcoin, definovánuje jednotlivé části a vývoj jeho ceny.Třetí kapitola zkoumá regulaci kryptoměn v jiných státech a v Evropské unii. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na danění aktivit s kryptoměnami v České republice. | cs |
