| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma vývoj a právní aspekty se zabývá objasněním fungování jednotlivých kryptoměn a poukazuje na jejich možné využití na finančním trhu. Po úvodu je první kapitola práce orientována na teoretickou část, porovnává kryptoměny s reálnými a elektronickými penězi, vymezuje pojem kryptoměna. Druhá kapitolase věnuje bitcoinu. Popisuje vznik bitcoinu, vysvětluje pojem bitcoin, definovánuje jednotlivé části a vývoj jeho ceny.Třetí kapitola zkoumá regulaci kryptoměn v jiných státech a v Evropské unii. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na danění aktivit s kryptoměnami v České republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis on the topic of development and legal aspects deals with the clarification of the functioning of individual cryptocurrencies and points out their possible use in the financial market. After the introduction, the first chapter is focused on the theoretical part, compares cryptocurrencies with real and electronic money, defines the concept of cryptocurrency. The second chapter deals with bitcoin. It describes the origin of bitcoin, explains the term bitcoin, defines the individual parts and the development of its price. The third chapter examines the regulation of cryptocurrencies in other countries and in the European Union. The last chapter focuses on the taxation of activities with cryptocurrencies in the Czech Republic. |
