| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o daňových aspektech insolvenčního řízení z pohledu insolvenčního správce a dlužníka. V úvodu zmiňuji daňovou historii. Dále se zaměřuji na obecné informace o insolvenčním řízení. Následují hlavní kapitoly celé práce, kapitola zahrnující daňové aspekty insolvenčního řízení z pohledu insolvenčního správce, a poté kapitola pojednávající o daňových aspektech insolvenčního řízení z pohledu dlužníka. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the tax aspects of insolvency proceedings from the perspective of the insolvency administrator and the debtor.In the introduction I mention the tax history. I also focus on general information about insolvency proceedings. The main chapters of the whole work follow, the chapter including tax aspects of insolvency proceedings from the point of view of the insolvency administrator, and then the chapter dealing with tax aspects of insolvency proceedings from the point of view of the debtor. |
