| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je Příprava projektu. Práce má za cíl vytvořit zpětně plány projektu pro projektovou dokumentaci novostavby rodinného domu. Organizace si totiž nevytváří plány, které jsou v projektovém managementu běžné, a chtěla se dozvědět, co vše se obvykle vypracovává. První část práce shrnuje teoretický základ projektového managementu, z kterého jsem čerpala i v následujících kapitolách. V druhé části je zahrnuto představení organizace a popis projektu. Třetí část rozpracovává jednotlivé plány projektu na základě podkladů od organizace. Hlavní výstupy bakalářské práce tvoří seznam zainteresovaných stran, hierarchická struktura prací, logický rámec projektu, registr rizik a plán nákladů. Tyto plány by měly inspirovat organizaci v příštích projektech a pomoci jí k dalšímu zlepšení. V závěru je projekt zhodnocen. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of the Bachelor thesis is Project Preparation. The work aims to create backwards project plans for the project documentation of the newly-build family home. The organization does not make plans that are common in project management and it wanted to know what is usually worked out. The first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical basis of project management, from which I also drew in subsequent chapters. The second part includes an introduction of the organization and a description of the project. The third section elaborates the individual project plans on the basis of supporting documents from the organisation. The main outcomes of the Bachelor thesis are the stakeholders register, the work breakdown structure, the logical framework of the project, the risk register and the cost plan. These plans should inspire the organisation in future projects and help it to improve further. In conclusion, the project is evaluated. |
