| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je ženské občanství. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje především na nepřímou diskriminaci žen z veřejné politické sféry a na určité strukturální bariéry, které ve společnosti brání ženám zapojovat se do politických procesů. Diplomová se tak zabývá specifickými aspekty ženského občanství, konkrétně tedy, jakým způsobem ženy uplatňují své občanství, jaké skulinky si nejčastěji hledají. V této souvislosti je tak dalším tématem této práce rozdělení společnosti na soukromou a veřejnou sféru a následná kritika této dichotomie z perspektivy feministické teorie. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main theme of the diploma thesis is women citizenship. The diploma thesis focuses mainly on indirect discrimination of women from the public political sphere and on certain structural barriers that prevent women from participating in political processes in society. The diploma thesis thus deals with the specific aspects of women citizenship, specifically how women use their citizenship, what specific ways they most often look for. In this context, another theme of this thesis is the division of society into private and public sphere and the subsequent critique of this dichotomy from the perspective of feminist theory. |
