| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Péče porodní asistentky o rodinu v komunitním prostředí. V teoretické části je stručně popsán princip, historie a současná situace komunitní péče v porodní asistenci, komunitní péče během těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí a komunitní péče o rodinu v poporodním období. Praktická část je vypracovaná pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, který zahrnuje dva rozhovory s porodními asistentkami, které mají zkušenosti s péčí o rodinu. Cílem práce je popsat zkušenosti porodní asistentky s péčí o rodinu v poporodním období a doporučení do praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Community Midwifery Caree of Family. The teoretical part of the thesis briefly describes the principle, history and the current situation of community care in midwifery, community care in pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium and community care of family in the postpartum period. The practical part of the thesis is elaborated by qualitative research, which contains two interviews with midwives who have experiences with care of family. The aim of this thesis is to describe the experineces of midwives with care of family in the postpartum period and recommendations for practice. |
