| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematikou zásob a zásobování v podniku. V úvodní části jsou popsány teoretické základy pro zpracování práce. Podrobně je poté popsána metoda kanban, u které je srovnáno několik možných vzorců pro výpočet počtu kanbanových karet, ze kterých je vyjádřen vzorec obsahující všechny hlavní parametry. Ten je pak srovnán v praktické části se vzorcem používaným ve firmě IAC Přeštice 2. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of inventory and supply in the company. The introductory part describes the theoretical foundations for work processing. The kanban method is then described in detail, in which several possible formulas for calculating the number of kanban cards are compared, from which a formula containing all the main parameters is expressed. This is then compared in the practical part with the formula used in the company IAC Přeštice 2. |
