| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma ?Vývoj trhu práce na okrese Domažlice od roku 2000? se zabývá hlavně vývojem nezaměstnanosti, počtu volných pracovních míst a počtu uchazečů za období 2000 až 2010. V prvních dvou kapitolách je uveden stručný teoretický základ, ve kterých je specifikován trh práce, nabídka práce, poptávka po práci, dále nezaměstnanost, její měření a druhy nezaměstnanosti. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na vývoj trhu práce na okrese Domažlice. Praktická část se zabývá vývojem počtu volných pracovních míst, počtu uchazečů a míry registrované nezaměstnanosti v jednotlivých rocích sledovaného období. Dále pokračuje srovnáním koncových hodnot těchto ukazatelů, vlivem zaměstnávání cizinců a občanů EU(EHP), možností práce občanů České republiky v zemích Evropské unie a problematikou absolventů škol. Na konec praktické části jsou uvedeny negativní faktory ovlivňující nezaměstnanost. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my project work ?Labour market trend in the district of Domažlice since 2000? mainly deals with the development of the unemployment, the number of vacancies and the number of applicants from the year of 2000 to 2010. A brief theoretical basis in which the labour market, the labour offer, the labour demand, next the unemployment, its monitoring and categories of the unemployment is stated in the first two chapters. Other chapters focus on the labour market development in the district of Domažlice. The practical part deals with the development of the number of vacancies, the number of applicants and the registered unemployment rate in individual years of the monitored period. Next it continues with the comparison of the final values of these indicators, the impact on employing foreigners and EU (EHP) citizens of the Czech Republic in EU countries and problems of university graduates. Negative factors affecting the unemployment are stated at the end of the practical part. |
