| Abstract: | Diplomová práce obsahuje návrh projektu implementace traceability výrobků ve výrobě za pomoci kódů pro firmu Mektec Manufacturing Corporation Europe CZ s. r. o. Cílem práce je zpracování a navrhnutí systému traceability výrobků, který bude univerzálně použitelný jak na stávající, tak nové výrobky. Zavedením návrhu firma získá důležité informace o parametrech výroby, stavu výrobků, minimalizování času dohledávání v případě reklamací. Návrh zahrnuje optimalizaci pracoviště heftování a elektrického testování, které nebyly pro zavedení traceability vyhovující. V poslední části návrhu je uvedeno zpracování projektu včetně Ganttova diagramu a základního vyčíslení nákladů projektu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis contains the design of the project traceability of products in production using codes for the company Mektec Manufacturing Corporation Europe CZ s. r. o. The aim of the work is to process and design a product traceability system that will be universally applicable to both existing and new products. By introducing the design, the company obtains important information about production parameters, product status, minimizing tracing time in case of complaints. The proposal includes optimisation of hefting and electrical testing sites which were not suitable for the introduction of traceability. The last part of the proposal shows the design of the project including the Gantt diagram and the basic costing of the project. |
