| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou podání v civilním právu procesním. První část práce vymezuje pojmy civilního procesu a civilního procesního práva. Druhá část práce se zabývá tím, co je podání v civilním soudním řízení, jaké jsou jeho druhy a zaměřuje se na podání, jímž se zahajuje řízení. Následující část práce popisuje formy podání. Dále práce obsahuje kapitolu o náležitostech podání a kapitolu zabývající se vadami podání, jejich druhy a tím, jak se v součinnosti se soudem odstraňují. Práce také porovnává, zda a jak se v souvislosti s pandemií onemocnění Covid-19 v roce 2020 oproti roku 2019 změnil počet zahájených soudních řízení, jejich forma a počet soudních rozhodnutí. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the legal regulation of filing in civil procedural law. The first part of the work defines the concepts of civil lawsuit and civil procedural law. The second part deals with the term filing in civil court proceedings, its types and it focuses on the filing which initiates the proceedings. The next part describes the forms of the filing. The thesis as well includes a part about requirements of the filing and a part that deals with filing defects, their types and how they are eliminated in cooperation with the court. The thesis also compares whether and how the number and form of initiated court proceedings changed in connection to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 compared to 2019 and how the number of court decisions changed as well. |
