| Abstract: | Tato práce se věnuje hlavně zrušení a vypořádání spoluvlastnictví. Menší část je věnováná historii spoluvlastnictví a spoluvlastnictví jako takovému. Důležitým zdrojem pro napsání této práce byla judikatura Nejvyššího soudu. Práce rovněž obsahuje úvahy de lege ferenda. |
