| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o hlavních změnách ve vlastnictví půdy v Čechách po roce 1918. Cílem práce je podat ucelený přehled o této problematice. Skládá se ze sedmi kapitol, které postupně upravují témata první a druhé pozemkové reformy, kolektivizaci zemědělství a zemědělsko-družstevní právo. Poslední dvě části se zabývají situací ohledně restitucí zemědělského majetku po roce 1989 až do současnosti. Součástí práce je také zhodnocení a shrnutí výsledků jednotlivých kapitol. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the main changes in land ownership in Bohemia after 1918. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of this issue. Thesis consists of seven chapters, which gradually address the topics of the first and second land reforms, collectivization of agriculture and agricultural cooperative law. The last two parts deal with the situation regarding the restitution of agricultural property after 1989 to the present. Part of the work is also the evaluation and summary of the results of individual chapters. |
