| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření fundraisingového plánu ve třech variantách - optimistické, pesimistické a reálné, a to na následující rok. Předcházelo tomu zhodnocení příjmů a výdajů daného Klokánku. První, teoretická část práce se zaměřuje obecně na neziskové organizace a jejich typy, poté na samotný fundraising. Je zde rovněž popsána PEST a SWOT analýza. Na konci teoretické části je přiblížen pojem crowdfunding, sponzoring plánování fundraisingu. Druhou, praktickou část, tvoří samotné představení neziskové organizace a její činnost. Je zde znázorněn vývoj příjmů a výdajů, následně i výnosů a nákladů v čase. Je zde zobrazena analýza situační a finanční skladba zdrojů, které napomohly k následnému vytvoření fundraisingových plánů. Na samotném závěru je navrhnuto několik doporučení a řešení fundraisingu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to create a fundraising plan in three variants - optimistic, pessimistic and realistic, for the following year and the previous evaluation of income and expenses of the chosen organization - Klokánek. The first, i. e. theoretical part of the thesis focuses on non-profit organizations and their types in general, then on the fundraising. PEST and SWOT analysis i salso described here. At the end of the theoretical part, the concept of crowdfunding, sponzorship and fundraising planning is described. The second practical part consists of the introduction of the non-profit organization and its activities. The developtment of income and expenses, as well as revenues and costs over time is shown here. There is also a situational analysis and financial composition of resources, which helped to create subsequent fundraising plan. At the very end, several recommendations and solutions are proposed. |
