Práce dále obsahuje metodologickou část a praktickou část. Získané informace byly zpracovány prostřednictvím klasického a in vivo kodování. V interpretaci dat a v závěru práce jsou představeny zjištěné poznatky z provedeného výzkumu. |
Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis is to answer the research question: "How does the classification of mental illness affect cooperation with social services, or rather how are mental illness classification systems (and their use) transformed in the context of psychiatric care reform?" The thesis deals with the view of a person with a mental illness and the cooperation of a person with a mental illness with two different social services and the approach of these social services to these persons. At the same time, it deals with monitoring the effects of the reform of psychiatric care on the use of classifications, stigmatization or possible changes in the approach to people with mental illness. Language, stigmatization, labeling, organizational culture, historical discourse and social work itself are defined within the framework of the theoretical starting points. The work also contains a methodological part and a practical part. The research was conducted in two social services through semi-structured interviews with social workers. The information obtained was processed through classical and in vivo coding. In the interpretation of the data and in the conclusion of the work, the findings from the research are presented. |
